Wilmont Florist and Gifts has been proudly serving the Charlotte Metro, Belmont, Pineville, Ballantyne, Lake Wylie, Tega Cay and Fort Mill area since 1975. Our shop is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.

We are closed on Sundays.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 week prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

A local delivery fee of $8.95 will be added to each order, for each address. Deliveries outside our service area will be $8.95 plus a $7.95 fee for wire service.

If a second delivery attempt is required due to incorrect delivery information or incorrect contact number for the customer there will be an additional $7.95 charge. Orders must be received by 12 noon Eastern Standard Time for same day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the next business day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of the day, however we cannot guarantee it.

We do not make deliveries on Sunday and we have a very limited delivery schedule on Saturdays. Delivery requests for these days should be called ahead to make the appropriate arrangements.

We are happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

All international orders are subject to a wire fee of $20.00

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
